about

This was the fifth full-length release by the Barmitzvah Brothers, originally released on weewerk in the spring of 2007. The album's songs were inspired by the jobs of various friends and family members, descriptions in encyclopedias and periodicals, and stories from Studs Terkel's book "Working". The title of the album is a reference to the Barmtzvah Brothers' song "Let's Express Our Motives", their first ever studio recording that they made as their contribution to the DROG "Work Songs" compilation circa 2000.
